However, as the golden rule of deductive reasoning goes: once that you have eliminated that which is impossible, that which reamins, no matter how improbable must be true.
As many have already correctly pointed out, inter-species reproduction is impossible. (A fatal blow for darwinism, but that's another issue)
However there were enough eye witnesses who gave descriptions to suggest that this was certainly not a usual deformity either. (Keeping in mind that they would be familiar with birth defects through generations of goat farming).

Human-Animal naturally inter-breeding has been found to be impossible; the chances of this being the result of man/goat relations is slim indeed. Scientifically, this no doubt has nothing to do with politics, homosexuality or beastiality. It's most likely an ordinary (deformed) goat. However, seeing as no evidence of the incident has been provided, it's hard to say what this thing actually was, or if the incident ever occured in the first place.

If you read the book of Justine (set in Egypt) boys have sex with chickens and goats at an early age - a good enough reason not to eat poultry or animal meat. And they were certainly not MDC members.
