Africa looks to Zimbabwe for change

AFRICA is waiting on Zimbabwean leadership to lead the way in demonstrating national unity by way of forgiveness. Forgiveness is the everlasting remedy for nourishing brotherhood, sisterhood, and nationhood; which in turn generates a progressive power sharing government.

Forgiveness breeds trust, trust allows negotiation and negotiating in trust strengthen agreements.

When the Brothers Ncube, Mugabe, Tsvangirai, Makoni, Mutambara, Mujuru, Sibanda, Mandaza and others, join hands, forgiving themselves and one another, while continuing to compete and argue in mutual respect; all Africa will do the same.

This act of collective forgiveness will give the children and students’ peace, harmony, and a reason to plan and compete for the future. Power sharing — from top to bottom of society and from children to adults — enforces prosperity for all.

As we know “Forgiveness is the mental, and/or spiritual process of ceasing to feel resentment, indignation or anger against another person for a perceived offense, difference or mistake, or ceasing to demand punishment...” (Wikipedia).

A blogger’s (Charles Kirkland) response to another blogger (Todd) in the Catholic News Agency website made the following comment concerning Africans and Zimbabweans in particular; published by: Charles Kirkland, WA 05/07/2007.

“Todd, you have done Zero research. This is not a black/white issue. The British conquered many lands in past history. Real Africans and black Americans are not the same thing. Very few African nations have done anything in terms of having prosperous nations until the British, Danish and French showed them how to be westernized. Most African nation’s problems were not the whites, but rather all the many African tribes who mutually hated each other and committed genocide against each other. The Brits, Danes and French brought Christianity to the Continent and this helped to bring an end to tribal killings against fellow Africans.”

The above comment is typical in the news media, among blacks and whites worldwide; it is a historical deception taught in the churches and educational institutions of the West; we must correct that historical notion of racism and western superstition by our actions first.
